- Building, maintaining, and expanding a network of installation and system partners
- Planning and conducting training sessions, workshops, and partner events
- Monitoring the market and providing feedback on requirements and trends from the Lithuanian market to the product and management team
- Actively contributing to the sales strategy for the Lithuanian market
- Supporting the further development of our internal tools and processes

Deine Aufgaben

• Technische Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Geschäftskunden und Partner im 1st und 2nd Level Support
• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Bereich VoIP, SIP-Trunk und IP-Telefonie
• Technische Beratung zu unseren Produkten und Lösungen
• Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams im Pre-Sales bei technischen Kundenanfragen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern, Systempartnern und internen Fachbereichen
• Mitwirkung bei Produkttests sowie bei der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen

In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantwortest Du den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Rufnummern – von der Beantragung über die Portierung bis zur Verwaltung. Du arbeitest eng mit Carriern, Partnern und der Bundesnetzagentur zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.

• Eigenständige Abwicklung von Portierungs- und Neuvergaben nach BNetzA-Vorgaben
• Prüfung von Aufträgen und Vollmachten auf formale und regulatorische Richtigkeit
• Direkte Abstimmung mit Carriern bei Sonderfällen und Eskalationen
• Klärung komplexer Portierungssachverhalte mit Kunden und Partnern
• Pflege und Verwaltung interner Rufnummern-Datenbanken
• Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Nummern-Management

The Data Warehouse Engineer at peoplefone is a key technical figure. This role combines classic data engineering with both advisory and leadership functions.

It is not just about moving data from A to B (ETL/ELT), but about building a scalable architecture that serves as the backbone for our Business Intelligence and Analytics.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data warehouse solutions
• Develop, optimize, and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines for seamless data integration
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and governance across all systems
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams (including Laravel-based applications) to integrate and structure data efficiently
• Translate business and analytics requirements into scalable data models
• Optimize data architecture and query performance
• Document data flows, models, and processes
• Support and enable BI, reporting, and advanced analytics use cases
• Act as a technical lead for data warehouse topics and mentor junior team members

VOTRE PROFIL

• Formation technique (Bac +3 à +5) avec un fort tempérament commercial, ou formation commerciale avec une solide appétence technique
• Première expérience réussie dans les services de télécommunication à valeur ajoutée (internet, réseaux, télécoms), idéalement en vente indirecte
• Bonne connaissance de la VoIP, du secteur de la distribution informatique ou télécom, et de l’écosystème des éditeurs
• Les termes 3CX, Alcatel Rainbow, Microsoft Teams, Trunk SIP, QoS, Firewall, CRM, ERP, entre autres, vous sont familiers
• Esprit d’entrepreneur, orienté résultats et performance
• Excellentes qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles : écoute, diplomatie, adaptabilité
• La maîtrise de l’anglais et/ou de l’allemand constitue un atout

- Completed technical or business degree or certification, ideally with a focus on telecommunications
- At least 3 years of experience in sales within the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of the Lithuanian VoIP market 
- Well-established network with Lithuanian IT system integrators and ICT solution providers
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high self-motivation, and strong goal orientation
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in data warehousing and data engineering
• Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling (e.g. star/snowflake schemas)
• Solid experience with modern data warehouse technologies (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience working with application backends, ideally Laravel/PHP
• Strong understanding of data governance and best practices
• Independent, analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
