Microsoft Teams Voip Deep Dive (8h)

This one-day course is designed for Microsoft Professionals, O365 Project Managers and Technical Project Managers who want to gain an in-depth insight into the Teams phone system topic as well as perform its integration via Direct Routing in the lab.

Course content:

• Positioning of Teams within the Microsoft 365 platform
• Correct licensing, especially for the phone system
• Possibilities of telephony integration
• Direct Routing topologies / Session Border Controller
• Phone System features (Calls Queues, Auto Attendant, etc.)
• Onboarding Direct Routing with Teams (Lab)
